Building

A native iOS app in SwiftUI, free and with no ads, aiming for a December release. It's my first native build with AI coding tools in the loop, after a React Native Android app (below) that's live with 10,000+ downloads.

This site just launched. Next on it: a second professional case study and the first monthly refresh of this page.

Operating

A small portfolio of independent, AI-built products. Each one tests a single product or search bet against real users:

  • motomotar.com, the eval-gated automotive content operation (case study). Indexation at scale is still the constraint. Google deindexed the question-page cluster wholesale while all nine state road-tax rule pages indexed, which tells me where the next pages should come from.
  • A reality-TV voting app: an Android app in two languages with 10,000+ downloads, plus a companion web property with weekly updates and push notifications. Built end to end with AI coding tools.
  • A local commodity-price site with scheduled data collection on a serverless cron; live since September 2026.
  • A single-model car-price site built from a 197-page topical map; 199 URLs went live on 1 November 2026.

Learning

Turning my own review processes into reusable agent skills. This autumn that meant four SEO skills (information gain, search-intent fit, on-page QA, term coverage) and a shared standards playbook that every site above is held to. A skill is only as good as the eval you run it against, which is the same lesson asthe judge-drift incident.

Still on the list: a RAG evaluation lab on a public corpus, separating retrieval failures from generation failures.

Looking

I'm actively exploring Senior Product Manager roles in AI products: applied AI, content and workflow systems, consumer AI. If that's you, here's how to reach me.

This is a now page. It changes monthly.
